Emerging British outfit Apiar continues to push the boundaries of case fabrication with the Apiar Carbon1.0 OG. Moving beyond traditional forged carbon, Apiar employs Composite-Based Additive Manufacturing (CBAM) to construct a lightweight 3D-printed carbon-fibre shell around a mediablasted Grade 23 titanium core.

Measuring 40.5mm in diameter and a slender 9.2mm in depth, the skeletonised case structure creates open windows that reveal the titanium chassis beneath, weighing just 38 grams.
* Case Geometry: 40.5mm Diameter × 9.2mm Thickness (44.0mm Lug-to-Lug)
* Case Construction: CBAM Carbon-Fibre Shell w/ Grade 23 Titanium Core
* Movement Engine: Swiss La Joux-Perret G101 Automatic (68-Hour Reserve)
* Dial Spec: CNC-Machined Anodised Aluminium w/ Light Blue Super-LumiNova
High-Beat La Joux-Perret Mechanics
Framed beneath a sapphire crystal, the black anodised aluminium dial features CNC-machined grooves that mirror the carbon-fibre strands of the case.

Hour markers are sculpted directly into the titanium midcase, swept over by sandblasted hands treated with light blue Swiss Super-LumiNova.

Beating inside is the automatic La Joux-Perret G101 movement, offering a robust 68-hour power reserve. Priced at £1,620, the Carbon1.0 OG is a triumph of modern additive horology.
